staff drinks menu
There was a large group of incredibly noisy diners, and the staff did nothing to quieten them down or even ask them to stop using foul language.
The staff had nearly no knowledge of the menu and had to have a cocktail actually pointed out on the menu before they knew which one I was referring to.
When it came to ordering the bill, it took quite a while for someone to return with it and as I passed my card to him in return, he ignored it and went away again.
Upon signaling another waiter to come over, which took a good few minutes to achieve, a card machine was immediately brought over from the desk - hence this could have been an incredibly simple, quick process if the waiter had not ignored my card in front of his face as he gave the bill to me.
The service was bad, the food was slow, our orders turned up wrong and the payment of the bill was tiresome and inefficient.
