We met here yesterday with a friend from Nottingham .
We tried the Bolitas con Yuca as an entree, which were a combinatio n of shredded chicken in balls of boiled cassava which had been fried.
My friend had fried chicken and plaintan.
The chicken was highly flavoued and the plantains fried with cassava.
The rice caused a sensation with all of us and reminded us of some of the best Caribbean food we had tasted.
