The first bricks-and-mortar shop from the celebrated cake bakery.
Flavourtown Bakery is a delight.
Everything at Flavourtown is made throughout the day at their in-store bakery.
The cakes, cookies and brownies had none of that second-day, crumbling aridness.
Still, it must be noted that it was the Cookie Sandwich’s fluffy cream cheese icing – oozing out from between white-chocolate-studded red velvet cookies – that stole my heart.

This new Fulham Road restaurant comes from the team behind the Hamgipak down in New Malden - a part of London often called K-Town so bustling is its Korean community.
Consequently it's an area synonymous with good-quality Korean restaurants, too.
Not least on a menu that ranges from beef bulgogi, fried chicken wings in sweet sauce and hot and spicy kimchi stew with pork to rib-eye beef seasoned with sesame oil, chicken casserole with potato in spicy sauce and saeng sun jun - a dish of white fish lightly fried and steamed in a hot and spicy sauce.
The drinks list includes Hite Korean beer and Asahi, as well as one red, one white and makgeoli - a Korean rice wine.
