A smiling waiter is always a good sign and the staff here are certainly very welcoming and attentive - in fact the service was faultless yet relaxed.
The menu is quite large, combining good Italian starters such as calamari and bruschetta, with excellent pasta dishes, and a mixture of veal, beef and chicken main courses.
I had a couple of glasses of house vino bianca which was of good quality - shame they don't offer carafes of wine.
For a starter, pasta main course, dessert, 2 glasses of wine and some mineral water the price was a very reasonable £27 plus service.
This is a memorable Italian restaurant, which has managed to find the elusive combination of food, ambience and service that just makes you want to come back for more.
