we live in a flat, the main door need a password to open it.
we gave him the password but he insist on making us going down to the main door and take the delivery in the street!
whats the point in order food if you ve to take ir in the street?
once the man came to our door he was maintaining a very agressive actitude even elevating the tone of his voice and asking for reasons why we wouldnt go and take the food in the street.
