In the Dining Room we cook small plates with flavours from the Americas, the Middle East and Asia.
It's tapas-style dining with punchy flavours in a format that is great to share.
We're privileged to work with some of the best seafood and meat from around the British Isles: our fish comes direct from the day-boats in Cornwall from our friends Fish for Thought, and our meat is from small, passionate British farmers who use traditional, free-range farming techniques with HG Walter butchers.
We're open until midnight for late-night dining every Friday & Saturday.
