In Portugese, a Fazenda is a farm and factory that undertakes the entire coffee producing process - from growing the beans right through to putting them into sacks.
Antonio Battisti, the founder and coffee roasting 'torrefactor', has absolute respect for coffee and the traditional wood roasting process.
The roasting process they use for both these coffee types is intensive and hands-on, requiring great attention to detail to draw out the soulful terrior of the lands where the coffee beans are grown.
