Lord Nelson in Southwark, London Pub Review and Details
This place has changed dramatically since it was last reviewed.
Couple of real ales on offer (including Hooky Bitter the last time I was in), new decor that may not be to everyone's taste but is definitely presentable and a pretty good menu that caters for those looking for gastropub fare or those wanting a bog-standard pub-grub style feed.

This pub was voted one of the best in Southwark by Londonist readers.
Anyone who remembers this place from a few years ago is in for a shock.
The former estate pub looks like it's been stormed by a bunch of students and decorated with every kitsch item they could lay their hands upon.
The major attraction of this place (assuming you're not here for the inflatable aliens and floral paintjob) are the burgers.
