La nostra è una storia vera, quella di una famiglia e della sua pizzetta, nata a Pescara negli anni cinquanta dalle mani dell’intraprendente Gabriele Ciferni nello storico stabilimento balneare "Trieste".
Nei decenni successivi si afferma come prodotto di riferimento nella ristorazione veloce di qualità e viene identificata per dimensioni e sapore come "la pizzetta di Trieste".
