Join us for a lazy Sunday afternoon takeover of the wood oven at The Crust Conductor.
Laurie Stewart and Jonny Henfrey run The Crust Conductor - a wood-fired pizza restaurant on a Leyland Titan bus.
Previously based outside Jonny's pub, The Gowlett in Peckham, they have taken the bus to festivals like Glastonbury and the Lambeth Country Show, and in 2015 they were resident at Banksy's Dismaland in Weston-super-Mare.
We can't wait to take over the bus on 12th February where we'll be cooking a five course menu, served family-style on the top deck.
Mussel cider stew, spiced flatbread Vegetables from the embers, smoked curd Pizza ‘Blanche’ Game sausage with many condiments Rhubarb 'tear & share' Tickets cost £32 per head, and include all five courses and a glass of Pignoletto Frizzante.
