Crisp restaurant Hipchips are serving a Baileys dip for St Patrick's Day
Revellers taking a tour of Soho on March 17 will be pleased to hear that crisp bar Hipchips are getting in the spirit of things this year.
The quirky Soho bar is launching a very Irish accompaniment to their selection of crisps – a dip made from Baileys cream liqueur.
Best Irish pubs and bars in London If it’s too early for pudding, savoury snackers can plump for a cheesy choice instead, with a stout rarebit dip on the menu this month too.
Hipchips, who serves freshly cooked crisps to customers with a choice of both savoury and “pudding” dips (including “Campfire s’mores” and “crème brulee”), opened in Soho in 2016.

There's a Baileys Pop Up Coming to Covent Garden
Baileys with milk, Baileys on ice cream, Baileys in hot chocolate, you get the drift, come Christmas we’re drinking it all.
Which is why, we don’t want to cause any alarm but there is a Baileys pop up coming to Covent Garden next week, the Baileys Treat Shop.
They’re encouraging us to #TreatUp (trust us, we need no encouragement) and try the likes of Baileys Original Irish Cream, Baileys Pumpkin Spice and Baileys Chocolat Luxe hot drinks, an exclusive Baileys cocktail-style desert and make your own indulgent creations, in festive workshops.
You’ll also be able to get your hand on the chocolate reindeer, tear off the antlers, pour in Baileys and top with whipped cream.
The Baileys Treat Shop is open from the 4th -17th December (closed 11th December) at 21 Slingsby Place, Covent Garden, WC2E
