Our Chef started his ‘foodie’ career in the heart of Marrakesh learning the trade of authentic Moroccan cuisine.
Learning from the local masters in a number of restaurants, he quickly progressed and became head chef at the famous Sofitel Hotel.
Using his culinary skills and passion, he created signature dishes which have now become the foundation of our fantastic menu today.
We pride ourselves on our culture and this has been emphasised by his true love for everything that is Moroccan.
Our executive chef team has brought these acute tastes and integrated them into today’s ‘dining experience’ to help take our guests on a journey through Morocco.
