We stayed in the Aspen Apartments with our three granddaughters(8,10,10) rooms exceptionally clean, plenty of clean linen and towels All staff very polite and always helpful.The full kitchen facility in the apartment was very good, gives option of cooking in and not always paying high restaurant prices, especially with young children.Location ideal for visiting all main London themes, shops, theatres etc.Good access to transport links Would certainly use again and recommend to friends.
Breakfast was good value but often had to wait for food items to be topped up, by which time other food on plate had gone cold.

* tea facility in the room *I chked in to the hotel around 7.45pm after long day more than 13hrs work and when I planing to sleep reception staff wants another guest to see my room for their future reservation,, thats very disturbing and unprofessional.
*Hotel doesn't have a lift.
*Receptionist gave me the room on ground floor which is noisy and people always walking around, I feel so bad when I ask new room before this room use he left me with no option that I need to go 4th floor.
*B/f awful, only no ham, no yoghurt, no fruits ,, no nothing (gud thing my price is low for the room) *in the bathroom there are some wires hanging on u can c the ceiling.
*Specially i'll not go to that hotel again even its free of charge.

Not the trendiest eaterie on the block, but probably the one with better mediterranean food and friendliest staff.
All the food is cooked fresh and children are welcomed and cherished by staff and regular costumers alike.
