If you like steak, then you'll love Le Relais De Venise L'Entrecote.

Forget menus, all you need to do is tell your waitress how you like your steak cooked.

You can expect banquettes and baguettes, paper tablecloths and attractive waitresses dressed in French maid's outfits to tell you in heavily accented English that they don't do ketchup or mayo, only mustard.

Accompanied by a mountain of frites and smothered in a sauce, of which the recipe is a closely-guarded family secret, the two courses of sirloin steak (the second half is kept warm whilst you enjoy your first helping) are preceded by a crisp green salad served with walnuts and mustard vinaigrette.

Vegetarians are also welcome at this carnivorous carnival and can enjoy the restaurant's trademark salad, followed by frites and cheeses.

Whether you like it blue and mooing, organic USDA dry aged, dressed up to the nines with a side of Russian Oligarch or served simply with some silky béarnaise, our fair city definitely has the steak for you.

A server helps you select the best size and cut for you from a tray of raw steak, allowing you to admire the dense creamy fat and impressive marbling of their USDA New York Strip, Porterhouse or pure Scottish fillet before it's blessed with the Josper grill.

Make your way down the sweeping staircase to a central glitzy bar surrounded by banquette seating where you’ll select your steak from varieties like Uruguayan fillet, Danish dry aged or Australian tomahawk — meat displayed around the room will help you make your choice.

Steaks are the real deal: USDA aged between four and six weeks and served with luxurious sides of millionaire's mac 'n' cheese (truffled and topped with duck egg), lobster tail and roast bone marrow.

Blacklock Soho: Chop shop Blacklock have just started serving what must be some of the best value steak in London - 55 day aged rump cap at just £15.

An exact replica of its counterpart in Paris, Le Relais de Venise l'entrecôte has transplanted the most famous brasserie in Paris directly into the heart of London.

Founded 46 years ago in Paris by wine grower M. Gineste de Saurs, whose daughter Mme. Godillot now owns and runs the restaurant, Le Relais de Venise 'L'Entrecôte' centres around one very simple menu – a starter of a green salad with walnuts, followed by trimmed sirloin steak and chips with it's famous sauce and to finish, a selection of desserts.

The most famous aspect of Le Relais de Venise 'L'Entrecôte's' reputation is the secret sauce – a recipe that has been in the family for many years.

With such a simple menu, the key to Le Relais de Venise l'entrecôte's success is the quality of the ingredients.

In order to ensure Le Relais de Venise l'entrecôte London is as genuine as its Parisian sister, every aspect of the Paris venue is mirrored in the London branch.
