When we opened Bravi Ragazzi 5 years ago, on Sunnyhill Road in Streatham, we were 2 young Neapolitan musicians with no knowledge in the restaurant world ,but with a big love for food.
This was a big challenge for us and a big bet, as other restaurant owners told us that Streatham wasn’t the right place for a Neapolitan Pizzeria and thought it wouldn’t work, but we knew in our hearts this was the right move to make.
Six months from opening we became one of the coolest and trendiest spot in Streatham and one of the best Neapolitan Pizza places in the UK, nominated by newspapers, magazines, food blogs and pizza lovers all over London.
Daddy buns was born with the same motivation and goals of Bravi Ragazzi; the love for good food and the authentic simple taste made with love from the kitchen, which is still our main goal before making business.
We love burgers the same amount we love Pizza and we spent almost one year looking for the perfect beef, the perfect buns and the best ingredients to make sure something as famous and simple as the burger could become genuinely tasty.
