Thai Home - The Best Thai in Hackney
The food was ok, but took 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive.
Before we confirmed to order on Hungry House, we were estimated upto 1 hour 10 mins to arrive, but once confirmed, the email I recieved from Hungry House ammended this to 1hour 20mins.
Knowing what every order we have had from HH is like, I presumed I would be waiting the maximum time stated of 1hour20mins, but after that time elapsed, I called the restaurant, who made some feeble excuse about a machine not working, and then 25minutes later our food arrived - stone cold!
I don't mind waiting the given time if the food arrives hot, but as with every Hungry House order (about 10 or so now) we have made, it arrives late and stone cold - in fact I have never experienced cold takeaway the way I do from HH.
Hungry House customers are obviously last resort for the restaurants.
