These are the voices I heard when I went to Adulis in London.
Adulis serves Eritrean food.
I wanted to go, because a colleague recommended it and I’d never tried Eritrean food.
In the interests of professionalism, I should really fly straight out to Eritrea, and spend a week immersed in traditional local fare, so that I can a) accustom myself over time to its distinct character, and b) authoritatively compare it with what I ate at Adulis.
