food

Busaba speaks the language of modern Bangkok eating, inspired by the traditions of Thai cookery, with the flagrant flavours and vibrant colours of every plate transporting you across the Indian Ocean.

Start with small plates of Busaba's signature Thai calamari with zingy ginger and green peppercorn, noodles served in soups or fried in the sizzling wok or traditional Thai curries.

Complementing the menu's Thai ingredients and flavours, a vast selection of Asian beers and Thai spirits are available from the bar alongside other traditional refreshments and cocktails.
