Welcome to our little corner of Parma, the Italian Food Valley!
Our MISSION is to share all our culinary traditions and above all our starter experience: the very best charcuterie and cheese imported only for us, such as Parma Ham and Parmesan Cheese, together with our beloved Lambrusco, a slightly fizzy dry red wine strictly served in bowls!
Then you can carry on with our typical home-hand-made pastas, such as our authentic Anolini in Brodo or Tortelli d’Erbetta.
Finally for a complete experience you can end the meal with one of our home-hand-made desserts, such as our multi -award winning Tiramisu...In Parma, Lambrusco from the Bowl!

menu food desserts ambience
This doesn’t seem that special at first glance as Parma ham and parmesan cheese are both very well known, but there are plenty of other attractions at In Parma.
In Parma’s big hitters were just as good as I had hoped – the thin slices of Parma ham were musky and salty while the mozzarella was soft and milky.
Woody, nutty, salty slices of speck went wonderfully with the nutty, gently sweet muskiness of fontina cheese.
The woody, salty and nutty slices of speck mesh beautifully with the rich melted cheese and the soft polenta.
Soft and fluffy gnocchi served in a thin yet creamy cheese sauce looked like mac and cheese, but were even more comforting despite the minimal presence of the promised speck.

menu food staff
In Parma is not a very big restaurant.
It’s not a very big space, the room is dominated with a bar on the right, a cosy nook in the window and a few smaller tables at the back.
The menu is like a culinary tour of the best of small producer in and around Parma in Italy.
We then shared a plate of pasta with walnut pesto and a plate of polenta with ragu from their daily specials.
You must go and feast on the Culatello, aged red cow Parmigiano and if they have it the walnut pesto pasta.
