Burgen's new Sunflower and Chia Seed loaf - Foodepedia

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential nutrients the body cannot make itself, so it can be easy to miss them out of your daily diet.

Omega 3 is available in several forms, one of which is alpha linolenic acid (ALA), which is found in some plant seeds such as chia.

ALA is the perfect natural nutrient to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, when eaten as part of a well balanced diet low in saturated fat and a healthy lifestyle.

Burgen has combined this powerful plant seed with sunflower seeds to produce a great tasting bread with the goodness of seeds.

Burgen Sunflower & Chia Seed bread can easily be included in your daily routine and is the perfect addition to your healthy lifestyle.

STELLACELLO is an award winning British liqueur company that takes inspiration from Italian recipes steeped in tradition and family heritage.

Founded by artisan alchemist Joe Stella, and established in East London’s Bethnal Green in 2012, the liqueurs have been created through persistent experimentation; combining herbs, fruits and spices to produce something truly unique.

A twist on the classic Italian Limoncello, Pompelmo Liqueur can be enjoyed neat as a citrusy aperitivo or digestivo, though it works equally as well being a classy cocktail component.

In late 2014, a new addition to Stellacello Liqueurs was released; AMARO LONDON.

AMARO LONDON is a bitter-sweet herbal liqueur with soft citrus overtones that accentuate the eclectic combination of locally sourced ingredients; herbs, fruits and spices.

Fink's Salt & Sweet | Restaurants in Brownswood Park, London

There’s Café Vintage for afternoon teas and retro threads, Sargent & Co for classic steel-framed road bikes and even what is probably the world’s only Sylvanian Families shop – dedicated to the woodland-creature toys.

Until not too long ago there was also Banners & Bayonets, a military memorabilia shop.

Now, though, those martial premises have become this charming new deli, coffee shop and restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and light dinner.

And everything we tried was brilliant.

Any street in London is much the poorer without a military memorabilia shop, but as a replacement Fink’s takes all the honours.
