They create their own secret recipe Jerk sauce, passed down through the generations.

Mama’s Jerk has established itself as a fun and authentic modern Jamaican brand, well known and loved on the UK street food scene, they enjoy sharing their dishes with food-lovin' customers.

In March 2009 Mama's Jerk was set up in order to celebrate the legacy of Adrian’s great grandmother's (Mama Charlotte) secret Jerk BBQ sauce recipe.

This led Adrian to venture out on his own and start a Caribbean street food business with a difference.

For those that prefer simplicity and consistent quality, head to the newly refurbished Royal Standard pub for a no-fuss burger in truly comfortable surroundings; great pub grub in an ambient and wonderfully warm-feeling environment - it’s probably the result of all that exposed brick, steel and wood work… This beautiful bar and kitchen, located on Tanners Hill and dating back to 1787, went through an extensive refurbishment of the physical space and of the menu and the selection of food & drink on offer.
