Well nearly four years ago we first heard the news was to open in Bracknell.

The Bracknell News told the story here and tastebuds started tingling.

Building work was expected to be completed within two years but delays have meant that Nando's has only just opened TODAY!

Whenever a new Nando's opens its doors to the public, it is removed from our Opening Soon & Restaurant Rumours page and takes its residence on its own review page and you can view that page here.

As always, you can keep up with the latest info on new openings and Rate Your Nando's events by viewing our Opening Soon & Restaurant Rumours and News pages - and if you have more info on this or any other news sources then join in our community and contact us now!

Scores of diners from across Coventry are taking to TripAdvisor, the popular restaurant review website, to leave their reports on their experience of the chain.

Nando's operates multiple restaurants across the city and throughout Warwickshire, and feeds hundreds of hungry diners every week with their signature chicken dishes.

One diner wrote a one-star review on the popular rating website, saying he was left unmoved by his experience at the chain restaurant.

Erm, yeah, that sounds about right... Writing a scathing one-star review of the popular eatery, one diner wrote: "My ‎scepticism was verified when I queued to order a drink.

Nando's novices may be unaware with the queue and ordering system at the restaurant, which requires you going up to the bar to place your order and request for drinks.

The new Nando's in Dover has finally opened, with a restaurant already buzzing during its first lunchtime service.

Chicken fans have wanted a Nando's in the town for years, and their wishes were finally granted when the Portuguese-themed restaurant opened at the St James Shopping Centre today (March 15).

And now with it's very own shiny new restaurant at St James, there's literally no excuse for the people of Dover not to give it a whirl.

Of course it's always exciting when a new Nando's opens - it even made front page news when it was first announced in 2015.

Food ordered and cutlery collected, we decided to go for the bottomless soft drink option which is obviously great value - you can top up your drinks as many times as you want from the drinks machine at the back of the restaurant.

Asked how she planned to celebrate becoming Olympic boxing history’s first female champ, Nicola cited a visit to a branch of the chicken and peri-peri chain.

Within an hour of seating ourselves in an airy room, done out with colourful animist abstracts and wood carvings in homage to the chain’s South African roots, Nick was promising a letter of apology to Nicola for doubting her judgment.

Whether Nando’s achieves its aim, as stated in one of various cheerily facetious spiels on the walls and in the menu, of “putting the chic in chicken” (as opposed to Colonel Sanders, who inserted the ick), the formula is flawless.

“A bit unsubtle to the eye, but you don’t come to Nando’s for chicken Caesar salad,” said Nick of his main course, “and I only chose it to find fault.

A slice of chocolate cheesecake was cloyingly sweet, but that and the lemonlessness were as far as the whinging went in this one of some 300 branches of a richly impressive chain famed for being a good employer (hence the lovely staff).
