Upper Deck Cafe Bar

London Transport Museum's collection originated in the 1920s, when the London General Omnibus Company decided to preserve two Victorian horse buses and an early motorbus for future generations.

Eating at London Transport Museum - London Transport Museum

Situated at the front of the Museum with views of Covent Garden Piazza, the Upper Deck cafe bar is the perfect destination to take the family for lunch before touring the Museum, or to meet friends for a transport-themed cocktail.

Hot and cold food and drinks are available throughout the day, including sandwiches, burgers and handmade pasta.

Join us for Friday Lates and sip on speciality Routemaster cocktails in a funky setting.

With music, bars, hot food, talks, quizzes, and craft activities, the Friday Lates are a great way to discover the Museum after-hours.

In addition to The Upper Deck cafe bar and Lower Deck cafe, the Museum has a small indoor picnic area where visitors can eat their own packed lunches.
