The calm, airy dining space – designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld – is a minimalist theatre in which vibrant veg dishes dazzle: sweet potato tagliatelle with macadamia nut sauce, purple carrot salad with papaya and feta, wood-fired Indian black pizza, and kimchi quesadillas.
