It's been given a facelift since this photo was taken, but it's still great.

The Elderfield is a lovely and sophisticated yet relaxed boozer on a quiet residential street in east London’s Lower Clapton.
The Venue The Elderfield is a beautiful, stylish gastro pub off Chatsworth Road, halfway between Clapton and Hackney train stations.
Considering up-and-coming Clapton isn’t yet the fully gentrified part of town that many of its neighbours have become, The Elderfield’s modern, pretty pub front comes as a bit of a surprise.
Inside is split into two rooms; the main bar area complete with church pews and rustic tables, and the back room full of comfy sofas.
The Food An ‘Italian kitchen’ menu is limited, but should have something to satisfy most customers.
