The brothers pioneered the use of natural colouring in their dishes 12 years ago.
As a result of which, the combination of both traditional and contemporary ingredients result in a dish that is unique in its essence and ultimately a signature dish.
Already well established in Battersea with their restaurant of the same name on Northcote Road, the site for the new restaurant is just around the corner where the old Gaylord indian restaurant used to be located, on Battersea Rise.

A real shame, as the staff are very jolly and attentive and our guy did appear to be genuinely disappointed with my reply, “far too much salt”, when he asked, “how was everything?”
The thing is, I ordered chicken madras but I got a salt bomb with excessive garlic.
In truth I couldn’t sense the garlic but my wife certainly did when we arrived home as I enjoyed a post prandial Listerine– tellingly saying, “sit as far away as possible as the garlic is overpowering”.
