The Princess of Wales Hospital is a former RAF establishment that opened in 1940 and is a much loved community hospital.
CCS NHS Trust provides a wide range of services including: Services are provided on site by CPFT and includes: Specialist outpatient services are provided on site by North West Anglia Foundation Trust and include: Open Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 6pm.
Closed Bank holidays, Christmas Day, New Year's Day Diagnostic services such as plain film x-ray examinations and non-obstetric ultrasound examinations are also provided.
X-Ray facilities Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.45pm.
The Friends of the Princess of Wales Hospital regularly purchase much-need equipment for departments through its many fundraising activities.
Princess of Wales in Primrose Hill, London Pub Review and Details
For years the Princess of Wales has been a favourite of ours; having been missed in the trendification of Primrose Hill we spent many a happy afternoon in here.
There are large windows at the front (which fold back for summer) and cosy nooks and crannies towards the back and in the basement.
Meanwhile while on the food front, there is an (over) extended Italian themed menu; the Sunday Lunch we last tried here was probably best described as 'acceptable'.
Despite this, The Princess of Wales is still a quality pub, with a largely unpretentious, mixed crowd of punters, headed up by a gaggle of older Primrose Hill residents who usually prop up the large circular bar to the Sunday jazz sessions.
We will however will keep a close eye on proceedings here; the last thing Primrose Hill needs is another Lansdowne or Engineer.

The Princess of Wales pub stretches over three floors, including an elegant first floor dining room, lower-ground bar and event space- perfect for booking a private event or tables for larger groups.

Not just offering a new menu, the pub will be showcasing a fun and engaging series of regular events ranging from Tuesday quiz nights to the €˜POW supper club€™ on the first Thursday of each month, calling out to all London foodies.
