Sardinian by birth, Alessio has been working in the UK since 2001.
Alessio has also worked closely on the catering for the Oscars, the Cannes Film Festival and the ATP Masters at the O2.
Drawing on his heritage, Alessio's style can be described as modern Italian with a worldly twist.
Alessio is passionate about working with exceptional ingredients and showcasing them in their best light.
