This healthy noodle joint on Stoney Street marries fresh Market produce with quality noodles and homemade sauces, resulting in a simple but delicious lunchtime meal, made while you wait.

Select from a range of rice and noodle bases, then match them with the vegetables, meat or fish of your choosing.

Add your favourite Asian-inspired sauce—flavours include curry coconut, garlic and black pepper, peanut, teriyaki, or oyster sauce among others.

However I don’t think that we will stray too far from the original grab and go concept that we have started here because I know it works and people seem to really love it, it makes us unique and because we are healthy and fast it’s a hard combination to find anywhere else!

Like most businesses will tell you one of the key core ingredients that make a business great is its location and this is exactly how we feel about Borough Market.

We are on one of the main roads going into the market and after bidding with over 2,000 other people for it we were really lucky to get the opportunity to create our concept and do it in such a wonderful site with such great heritage and history.

At the end of last year one of my oldest friends set up my favourite foodie site in Borough Market, Wokit.

It’s a healthy take on fast food noodles basically, which is just a dream.

All the veggies come straight from Borough Market, so it’s super fresh and you end up with a big bowl of comforting deliciousness.

Of course not everyone has to have courgetti with veggies and tofu – you can also have classic udon noodles with salmon or beef fried up with an egg, which is one of the reasons I go to Wokit so much.

Borough Market is also foodie heaven, it’s one of my favourite places in London and if you haven’t been then I couldn’t recommend going more.
