With 2 AA rosettes and good write-ups in all the major guides, guests often cite the food as a major reason for staying with us.

DOGS: we welcome a limited number of well-behaved dogs in five designated Best Garden rooms, a few dogs in the bar, and we have one (bookable) doggie table in the restaurant area.

CHILDREN: we welcome children of any age in the restaurant at lunchtime and those over 8 years old in the hotel and at dinner time so please be aware of this should you not like them.

Guests’ own alcohol We prefer that guests do not bring in their own liquor as selling drinks and wine – and food and accommodation – is our core business.

Click here to see a day in the life of Trinity Trinity is a privately-owned neighbourhood restaurant situated in the heart of Clapham Old Town.

When we started out, way back in 2006, our self-set mission was to serve great food.

While we are the proud holders of one Michelin Star and numerous accolades – our motivation is as it has always been, to continuously provide our guests with a memorable gastronomic experience.

Upstairs, our aptly named restaurant space situated above Trinity – offers our guests a casual dining space to complement Trinity that is well suited for private functions and larger groups.

As well as being available for reservations and exclusive hires, Upstairs at Trinity proudly plays host to a variety of exciting events and special evenings for our guests to enjoy We very much look forward to sharing our food and hospitality with you.

Varsity Restaurant – Cambridge

Cambridge's oldest restaurant has had a thoroughly modern makeover.

A neighbourhood restaurant nestled in the heart of the city, the Varsity is the perfect spot for a pit stop lunch or an intimate dinner.

The restaurant still retains its old Cambridge charm, the building is listed and has a unique history (Sonia and Rajiv Ghandi met here).

TRINITY – CAMBRIDGE

food

Welcome to the Trinity Restaurant Cambridge Situated right in the heart of Cambridge’s historic centre, Trinity is an elegant restaurant serving up fabulous food in relaxed surroundings.

Following in the footsteps of sister restaurant Varsity on St Andrew’s Street, Trinity has the same emphasis on great flavours and knowledgeable service.

The menu is all new though, celebrating carefully sourced fish and meat and also a selection of oysters which can be enjoyed alongside a glass of something from the restaurant’s Champagne Card.

Trinity is open all day from 12 noon and has a great value lunch and pre-theatre menu (Monday to Friday 12pm-7pm)
