We are an intimate and friendly Italian restaurant in Worthing, serving authentic and rustic food.

Giuseppes grew from the owner’s passion for Sicilian and Italian food, and his desire to share the relaxed, sociable way of living that accompanies it, with people in Worthing, his adopted home town.

We serve a wide range of authentic Italian food, from familiar favourites like lasagne and carbonara, to high quality locally-sourced steaks and fish and Italian specialty dishes.

Giuseppes restaurant grew out of the owner, Giuseppe Manganaro’s, love for good Italian food, made with fresh ingredients and served in a friendly atmosphere.

We are centrally located in a historic building in Warwick Lane - the exposed flint walls in some parts of the restaurant and the intimate rooms perfectly complements our rustic fine-dining menu.

Our menu includes old favourites to modern takes on classic Italian dishes, including pastas, risottos, salads, locally sourced steaks, fish and seafood, and our signature chicken and lamb dishes.

To accompany, we offer a list of carefully chosen Italian wines, as well as Sicilian coffee, Peroni beer, and a selection of soft drinks.

But we squeezed a bit of lemon juice (the wedge of lemon served with the Saltimbocca Alla Romana) and the dish was much more enjoyable.

Lemon goes well with seafood, maybe Giuseppe’s can consider serving a wedge of lemon on the side with this dish?

The ice-cream waffle cone like outside was filled with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips, served with two pieces of preserved orange zest and a small drizzle of cream.

So we had mixed comments about Giuseppe’s, but overall the experience was pleasant and some of the dishes were quite nice.
