If you love thin and crispy wood-fired pizza, drop everything and make a trip to Pizza Sophia in Bloomsbury where the ingredients are top quality and the prices rock bottom (£4.95+).
I went for the Pescatora with fior di latte mozzarella, anchovy, and kalamata olives for £5.95.
The toppings here are generous, and the salty anchovies were delightful with the ultra creamy mozzarella.
