Waiters were constantly congregated around the bar area talking (not paying attention to customers),service was slow, and there was little (if none) where customer service is concerned.
It's a shame as the service was not as me and mother remembered it to be a few years ago, and it somewhat ruined what was supposed to be a but of a special occasion - with my mother meeting my girlfriend from France for the first time.
Amazing food and good, unobtrusive, service.
Good attentive staff, very well spiced food and the best chicken tandoori dish I've tasted in a long time.
The only reason I have not given top marks is: please clean sticky areas like bannister rail, door handles to toilets etc.
