About Us After over 30 years in the brewing industry, Peter Jackson decided it was time to do his own thing and set up his own micro-brewery.
Originally from the North East, Peter had previously lived and worked in London, and had, not to put too fine a point on it, drunk in many London Pubs.
Having seen the growth of local breweries outside the capital, the beer range on the average London pub bar was fairly predictable, with any excitement coming from outside the capital.
The opportunity seemed to be right for some new and exciting craft cask ales from the capital.

After years of bringing breweries to our ceilidhs, we’re finally bringing the ceilidh to them!
Southwark Brewing Company sits at the end of the Bermondsey Beer Mile, and what a place to finish.
Crafting pitch perfect, proper London ales, Southwark Brewing Company also have a great space to meet up, have a drink and, it turns out, have a ceilidh!
A smaller venue, we only ticket for 50 guests.
The evening is as much about the beer as it is the dancing (an ideal combination) as you get to enjoy this partnership of brewer and ceilidh band, both passionate about what they do, and loving what the other offers!

If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations.
Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

Service is nice and friendly Hebden Bridge, England | June 11, 2017 Under the arches 5 minutes walk east of London Bridge station, this Saturday tap room is fairly spacious inside with a number of tables opposite the bar area that includes two rows of cask ales with mainly their regular offerings, but several of their current specials were available too.
They don’t get the attention that other Bermondsey brewers do, possibly because the beers tend to be much more traditional UK cask numbers in style.

At the London Bridge end of the Bermondsey brewers this is a nice space, under a railway arch with plenty of tables to sit at.
