Terrible experience and a ruined evening.
To start our booking was forgotten about so we had to start our meal in the bar area with our kids.
He didn't charge us for any of the food in the end (just as well as i would have refused to pay anyway) but it was still a very bad experience all round.
We researched venues in the area prior to booking and this one had good reviews which we trusted.
Our experience was the total opposite.
